Delivery & Returns
At Core Music, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please follow our return policy guidelines:
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as earphones or mouthpieces cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.
Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code if applicable.
3. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, you can choose either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another product.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
