At Core Music, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please follow our return policy guidelines:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as earphones or mouthpieces cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code if applicable.

3. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, you can choose either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another product.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
