Hannah Fumoleau
Singing
I have been teaching singing for 15 years, and am totally in love with the process of learning alongside my students. I will never stop learning and progressing in my own training.
My three principles of teaching are:
1) Singing should feel healthy and comfortable
2) Breathing shouldn’t be a task
3) Our own authentic voice is our best voiceI teach a whole range of singing - I’m a classical singer myself, but I have students in Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Pop.
I work with teenagers wanting to explore repertoire, learn about interpretation, and find safe and healthy ways to explore the many facets of their voice. I teach working adults who are finding time for themselves again and wanting to build on the things they learned in their youth. I teach retired adults who have sung in choirs all their life and want to make it easier as they get older.
I also have a special interest in vocal health, and although nothing replaces time spent with a BAPAM professional, I am able to spend time with you on your dysphonia, give you some tools for improvement, and help you find the next steps in your recovery journey.
If you want some time to focus on you and your own development, in a relaxed and safe space where you will learn and progress at a pace that works for you, then I can help.
